How do your donations support the work of the NESF?
Our partnerships extend to innovative programmes like SPARK Tees Valley, where funding has enabled 10 additional primary schools and 3,000 students to access much-needed STEM materials. We also provide direct support for ad hoc STEM projects, including funding for Tanfield School to attend the VEX Virtual Robot Code finals in Dallas, Texas.
At South Durham University Technical College, our support for initiatives like the Amateur Radio Programme provided students with interactive learning in communication technology - essential skills for tomorrow’s industries.
In total, we’ve reached over 5,000 students across our programmes, from primary school
STEM days to international competitions.
Your donations will help fund a range of STEM activities and programmes right across the
region, ensuring children are given an impactful experience that supports the school
curriculum and enthuses their passion for STEM.
